Upon completing the 9th edition of Latin Colors Magazine, I set aside some time to reflect on the challenges I have dealt with throughout this time, and I came to the conclusion that by far, my biggest challenge designing it has been being attentive to detail. It has taken me nine editions to finally integrate attention to detail as part of my workflow when working with type and layout.
Latin Colors Magazine is a bimonthly publication, its main concept is to create original editorial content while projecting a positive reflection of the latino community in my area.

Latin Colors Magazine strives to bring its content to a non-latino audience. I suggested the name to its director and founder Rene Soto as he wanted to create a publication of his own and it has slowly positioned itself as a platform for small businesses and artists alike to promote their services and skills.
